This policy explains what information jayelliot.com (the “Site”) collects, why we use it, and the choices available to you.

Information you give us

We collect information you choose to provide, including:

  • Your email address when you request a worksheet, join the newsletter, or express interest in a program.
  • The information in messages you send to our support address.
  • Order and contact information if you purchase a book, digital product, or service. Payment-card details are processed by the checkout or payment provider and are not stored by this Site.

Information collected automatically

Our hosting and security providers may receive technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser and device type, requested pages, date and time, referring page, and campaign parameters included in a link. We use this information to deliver the Site, protect it from abuse, diagnose problems, understand traffic, and measure whether a campaign brought visitors to a page.

The Site is hosted by Vercel. Email sign-ups are sent through our server to LeadConnector/GoHighLevel, which stores the email address and the source of the sign-up so we can provide the requested resource or messages.

Advertising and Meta

Visitors may arrive from advertisements on Facebook, Instagram, or other platforms. A referring URL or campaign parameter may tell us which advertisement or campaign led to a visit.

Current status: As of the effective date above, the Site does not load a Meta Pixel in your browser. If we enable the Meta Pixel, Conversions API, or a similar advertising measurement tool, that tool may send event, device, browser, and page information to Meta or another advertising provider for measurement, security, audience creation, and advertising. We will update this policy and use consent or opt-out controls where applicable.

Meta explains how it handles information in its Privacy Policy. You can manage advertising preferences through your Meta account and can also use industry choices such as YourAdChoices. Browser settings may also let you block or delete cookies.

How we use information

  • To send a requested download, newsletter, product update, or service message.
  • To answer questions and provide customer support.
  • To process and support purchases.
  • To operate, secure, measure, and improve the Site and our advertising.
  • To comply with law, enforce our terms, and protect our users and business.

When we share information

We share information only as needed with service providers that help us host the Site, manage email contacts, process payments, deliver products, measure campaigns, prevent fraud, or provide professional services. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of business assets.

We do not sell personal information for money. We do not provide your information to third parties for their unrelated direct marketing. Some privacy laws use “sell” or “share” more broadly for certain targeted-ad disclosures. If we begin using advertising technology covered by those definitions, we will provide the required notice and choice.

Email choices

You can unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in the message or by emailing us. Transactional messages about a purchase or requested resource may still be sent when necessary.

Retention and security

We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including support, accounting, legal, and security needs. We use reasonable safeguards, but no website, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of certain uses. We may need to verify your request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

Children

The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Site, our providers, or applicable requirements change. The effective date at the top identifies the latest version.
