You may use the Site for lawful, personal, or internal business purposes. Ownership and license
The Site and its text, design, graphics, books, worksheets, frameworks, downloads, and other materials are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Unless a product page expressly says otherwise, a purchase gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for your own personal or internal business use. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, sublicense, or create a competing product from the materials.
Purchases and delivery
Prices and included items are shown on the applicable sales or checkout page. Taxes may apply. Digital products are normally delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout. You are responsible for entering an accurate address and maintaining access to it. We may refuse or cancel an order affected by fraud, a pricing error, or unauthorized use.
Refunds
Where the It’s the Product, Stupid sales page offers its 30-day keep-the-book guarantee, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase by emailing support@jeliot.com. Any different written refund terms shown for another product or service will govern that offering.
Email communications
If you request a resource or subscribe, you authorize us to send the requested material and related communications. You can unsubscribe from marketing messages at any time. Service and purchase-related messages may still be sent when necessary.
Third-party services and links
The Site may use or link to services operated by others, including hosting, email, payment, social-media, and checkout providers. Their own terms and privacy policies govern their services. We are not responsible for third-party sites or services we do not control.
No guaranteed outcomes
The Site provides educational information and tools. We do not guarantee any particular business, marketing, product, financial, or other result. See the Disclaimer for important details.
Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and its materials are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot legally be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunities arising from the Site or materials. Our total liability for a paid product will not exceed the amount you paid for that product. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.
Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify us from claims, losses, and expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the law where you live requires otherwise.
Changes and severability
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and effective date. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
